Delicious scalloped potatoes layered with turkey bacon and chicken ham for a delightful twist on a classic dish.

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Thinly slice the potatoes and layer half in a greased baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham over the potatoes.
  4. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour half of the mixture over the layered ingredients.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, meats, and cream mixture.
  6. Top with grated cheese.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden.
