A deliciously creamy dish combining scalloped potatoes with turkey bacon and chicken ham for a delightful twist.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the potatoes.
  3. Top with half of the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheddar cheese.
  4. In a bowl, mix heavy cream with garlic and onion powder, then pour half over the first layer.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • Let the dish rest for 10 minutes before serving for best results.
