Delicious and creamy scalloped potatoes layered with turkey bacon and chicken ham for a delightful twist on a classic dish.

  • 2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, followed by the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  3. Sprinkle half of the cheese and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Repeat the layers, finishing with the remaining cheese on top.
  5. Pour the heavy cream evenly over the layers.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some herbs like thyme or rosemary.
  • Let the dish rest for 10 minutes before serving to allow it to set.
