Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, sugars, oil, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.
