A rich and indulgent dessert that combines the comforting flavors of pumpkin and cream cheese.

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, pumpkin puree, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
  4. Pour half of the cake batter into a greased bundt pan.
  5. Add the cream cheese mixture on top and then pour the remaining cake batter over it.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before removing from the pan.

Notes

  • Drizzle with chocolate sauce for extra indulgence.
  • Can be served warm or at room temperature.
