  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup until fluffy.
  3. Add the pumpkin puree and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
