  • 12 gingersnap cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and pumpkin puree until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the pumpkin mixture.
