1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup enchilada sauce
1 cup shredded cheese
10 corn tortillas
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together cottage cheese, shredded chicken, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
Soften the tortillas in a skillet over low heat.
