4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups crushed pretzels
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In one bowl, whisk together the flour, paprika, and garlic powder.
In another bowl, beat the eggs.
In a third bowl, place the crushed pretzels.
Dip each chicken breast into the flour mixture, then into the eggs, and finally coat with pretzels.
Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
