- 2 cups pinto beans, cooked
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeño, diced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the cooked pinto beans until smooth.
- Add in the turkey bacon, sour cream, cheddar cheese, olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, jalapeño, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and slightly golden on top.
