  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup pimento cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
  2. In a pan, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, stir in flour, and cook for about 1 minute.
  4. Slowly add milk, whisking until thickened.

  6. Add pimento cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt; mix well.
