A delicious take on the classic Philly cheesesteak in a comforting casserole form.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened.
  4. Mix in the garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce, then add the broth.
  5. Combine the meat mixture with the cooked macaroni and half of the cheese.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
