  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit until frothy.
  2. Add flour, sugar, butter, eggs, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size.
  5. Roll out the dough and spread melted butter over it. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and chopped pecans.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise again until puffy.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
