An easy and delicious Peach Chiffon Pie recipe that is light and satisfying.

  • 3 ripe peaches
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 package unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 pie crust

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the peaches.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and water. Cook until the peaches are soft.
  3. Dissolve gelatin in the peach mixture and allow to cool.
  4. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold it into the peach mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and refrigerate until set.
  6. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a vegan version, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream.
  • Make sure the peaches are ripe for the best flavor.
