- 3 ripe peaches
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 package unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 pie crust
- Peel and slice the peaches.
- In a saucepan, combine the peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and water. Cook until the peaches are soft.
- Dissolve gelatin in the peach mixture and allow to cool.
