A delicious pancake sausage casserole that combines the flavors of breakfast in one easy dish.

  • 4 cups pancake mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, milk, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Layer the cooked sausage in a greased casserole dish.
  5. Pour the pancake mixture over the sausage.
  6. Drizzle maple syrup on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
