  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cut the bread into cubes and place it in the dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour the mixture over the bread cubes, ensuring all are soaked.
