A delicious one pot dish combining turkey bacon and chicken ham for a hearty meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 2 cups bell peppers, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté onion, bell peppers, and garlic until softened.
  3. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Add elbow macaroni and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta is cooked.
  7. Top with crispy turkey bacon before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley for added flavor.
