A delicious and easy no-boil pasta bake that brings together the goodness of broccoli and cheese, perfect for a comforting meal.

  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the penne pasta, broccoli florets, marinara sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  3. Spread half of the mixture in a baking dish. Layer with ricotta cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Top with the remaining pasta mixture and the rest of the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
  • Feel free to substitute other vegetables as desired.
