2 cups cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup chocolate sauce
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottoms of mini cheesecake cups.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
