This No Bake Banana Pudding Cheesecake is a delicious and easy dessert that combines creamy cheesecake with layers of banana and vanilla pudding.

  • 1 package graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 3-4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup additional whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
  5. Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  6. Layer sliced bananas over the cheesecake mixture.
  7. Prepare the instant vanilla pudding as per package instructions and layer it over the bananas.
  8. Spread the remaining cheesecake mixture over the pudding layer.
  9. Top with additional whipped cream and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
