1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter until smooth.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour and cocoa powder, then gradually add it to the wet ingredients.
