Mounds Brownies are a deliciously rich dessert that combines the flavors of chocolate and coconut, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well until combined.
  4. Stir in flour and salt, then fold in shredded coconut and chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
