2 large egg yolks

1/2 cup POM Wonderful juice for glaze

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a double boiler, melt the butter and chocolate chips together until smooth.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, and granulated sugar until thick and pale.
Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
Gently fold in the flour until just combined.
Pour the batter into greased ramekins and bake for 12-14 minutes.
