  • 1 cup mint chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in the mint chips and pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool, then cut into squares and serve.
