  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup mixed berries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla extract, and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Grease a muffin tin and pour the batter evenly into each cup.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the pancakes puff up and are lightly golden.
