2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 cups cooked rice
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, turkey bacon, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Fold in the cooked rice until well mixed.
Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
