8 ounces pasta
2 cups grilled corn
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon chili powder
Salt to taste
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
In a large bowl, combine the grilled corn, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro.
In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, and salt.
Add the cooked pasta to the corn mixture and pour the dressing over it.
Toss everything together until well combined.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
