2 boneless chicken breasts
8 ounces fettuccine pasta
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and let rest.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Slice the chicken and return it to the skillet, along with the cooked fettuccine. Toss everything together until well combined.
Serve immediately with additional parmesan on top, if desired.
