Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the acorn squash in half and remove the seeds.
  3. In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, olive oil, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Brush the mixture on the squash halves.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
