2 cups Greek yogurt
1 cup Limoncello
1/2 cup honey
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Limoncello, honey, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Mix well until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
To release pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
