- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 parsley sprigs, chopped

- Pepper to taste
- Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
