Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.

  3. In another bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the egg mixture.
  4. In a shallow dish, mix the espresso and coffee liqueur.

  6. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and top with the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
