This indulgent lasagna recipe combines turkey bacon and chicken ham to create a deliciously layered dish that is perfect for a family dinner.

  • 9 sheets lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then drain and crumble.
  4. Add chicken ham to the skillet for a few minutes until slightly browned.
  5. In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  7. Layer the lasagna noodles, followed by the ricotta mixture, turkey bacon, chicken ham, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.
  8. Finish with a layer of noodles, marinara sauce, and remaining mozzarella cheese.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly.
  10. Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
  • Allow leftovers to cool completely before refrigerating.
