  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, gochujang, and egg.
  3. Mix until fully combined, then shape into meatballs.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.

Notes

  • Serve with extra gochujang for dipping.
