Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  4. Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  5. In another bowl, combine corn syrup, brown sugar, salt, and pecans. Pour over the cheesecake batter.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes until set. Let it cool completely before removing from the pan.
