1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
