A delicious and easy recipe for blueberry cream cheese puff pastry that is perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Cut the pastry into squares and place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each.
  5. Add a few blueberries on top of the cream cheese.
  6. Fold the pastry over and seal the edges with a fork.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
