- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup egg noodles
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté and brown the meatballs.
- Remove the meatballs and add beef broth into the pot.
- Add the egg noodles on top of the broth.
- Place the meatballs over the noodles and seal the pot.
- Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
- Release pressure, stir in sour cream, and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce to the meatball mixture.
- Garnish with additional parsley before serving.
