A delicious and quick recipe for Swedish meatballs served over egg noodles, made effortlessly in the Instant Pot.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs.
  3. Set the Instant Pot to sauté and brown the meatballs.
  4. Remove the meatballs and add beef broth into the pot.
  5. Add the egg noodles on top of the broth.
  6. Place the meatballs over the noodles and seal the pot.
  7. Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
  8. Release pressure, stir in sour cream, and serve.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce to the meatball mixture.
  • Garnish with additional parsley before serving.
