- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese, for topping
- Turn on the Instant Pot and select the sauté function.
- Add the chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add the ground turkey, onion, and garlic; cook until the turkey is no longer pink.
- Stir in the elbow macaroni, beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Close the lid and set to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Once done, perform a quick release and stir in the cheese until melted.
