  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add chicken broth to the Instant Pot.
  2. Stir in diced chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Close the lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  4. Once cooked, do a quick release of pressure and add broccoli florets.
  5. Switch to sauté mode and stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with extra cheddar if desired.
