- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 can (28 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove the core from the cabbage and boil the entire head in salted water for 5 minutes or until soft.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then add onion and garlic until translucent.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked turkey, turkey bacon, rice, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place a portion of the mixture into each cabbage leaf and roll tightly.
- Arrange the rolls in a baking dish, seam side down, and cover with tomato sauce and chicken broth.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes to brown.
