A delicious blend of banana, pineapple, and nuts topped with a rich cream cheese frosting.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Add the banana and pineapple to the wet ingredients.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and fold in the walnuts.
  6. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes.
  7. Let it cool before adding the frosting.

Notes

  • For the frosting, mix cream cheese, butter, cinnamon, and powdered sugar.
  • Adjust the consistency of the frosting with milk if necessary.
