Delicious and easy to make Honey Sriracha Salmon Bowls, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together honey and sriracha.
  3. Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the honey-sriracha mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
  6. While the salmon is baking, steam the broccoli until tender.
  7. To serve, place rice in bowls, top with salmon, broccoli, green onions, and sesame seeds.
