Honey Butter Skillet Corn

A delicious and comforting side dish made with sweet corn sautéed in honey butter.

  • 4 cups fresh corn kernels
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the corn and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the honey, salt, and black pepper, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  • Can substitute frozen corn if fresh is not available.
