  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the grated zucchini, honey, applesauce, and eggs.
  3. In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking soda, and salt.
