2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cream cheese
1 can diced hatch green chiles
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, diced hatch green chiles, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin.
Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
