  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  3. Dip turkey breast in buttermilk, then dredge in the flour mixture.
  4. Arrange turkey on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  6. Once the turkey is done, layer with crispy bacon before serving.
