A delicious and indulgent dessert combining layers of crepes with tiramisu flavors and banana.

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup coffee
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare crêpes and let them cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix mascarpone and sugar until smooth.
  3. Whip the heavy cream and fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Dip each crêpe in coffee and layer with the mascarpone mix and sliced bananas.
  5. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  6. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
  7. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
