Ingredients

  • 1 round brie cheese
  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 baguette, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add the sliced apples.
  3. Stir in brown sugar, thyme, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Cook until apples are tender and caramelized.
  4. Place the brie on a baking sheet and top with the caramelized apples.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the brie is soft.
  6. Serve with sliced baguette.
