- 500g all-purpose flour
- 200ml milk
- 100g unsalted butter
- 50g granulated sugar
- 10g salt
- 10g active dry yeast
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add melted butter and the yeast mixture into the dry ingredients.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
